FP&A Analyst/Finance Business Partner in Kent

I am working on an exclusive basis with a great business based in North Kent who are looking to recruit an FP&A Analyst/Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the CFO you will provide strategic financial insights and support with business analytics to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis across the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting, including detailed analysis of sales, margin, and operational expenditure
• Provide commercial insight and challenge, identifying key trends and opportunities to influence business performance
• Work closely with the Head of Finance to enhance finance processes, reporting tools, and system improvements, supporting the adoption of new technologies and automation
• Take ownership of performance management, including defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs aligned to strategic goal
• Prepare robust financial forecasts and cash flow models, enabling proactive business planning and risk management
• Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment cases through clear and actionable financial modelling
• Adopt a challenger mindset to ensure business plans are financially sound, data-driven, and aligned with company objectives
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, collaborating with the Financial Accounting team to maintain consistency across reporting

This is a key role where you will be able to add value and help drive the business forward. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of FP&A.
