We are working in partnership with a fantastic manufacturing business based in East Kent who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. Lead and oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities including detailed reporting and variance analysis - Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate accruals, prepayments and analysis of performance against key financial KPIs - Develop finance packs and dashboards to support business decision-making - Facilitate monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations - Analyse cost movements, including supplier pricing and product margins, to identify risks and opportunities - Participate in regular cross-functional meetings, providing financial guidance and risk assessments - Conduct financial evaluations and business cases for new commercial initiatives and strategic investments The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with excellent communication and analytical skills.
