Commercial Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Provide challenge and insight to Commercial and Procurement teams to maximise opportunities.
- Lead variance analysis, commentary, and performance reporting at trading meetings.
- Produce review packs, bridge statements, and financial models to support decision-making.
- Support foreign currency planning
- Uphold strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, ad-hoc analysis, and project initiatives led by the Head of Finance.
- Strong experience of business partnering in a fast-moving, commercial environment.
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to interrogate data effectively.
- Confidence in challenging assumptions and driving performance improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Car Allowance: £4,000
- Bonus: Discretionary, up to 10%
- Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee (after probation)
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
