As the L&D Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering learning solutions aligned with business objectives. Drawing on your generalist HR experience and solid understanding of learning theory and practice, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to embed a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate a variety of learning and development programmes
  • Conduct training needs analysis across teams and departments
  • Work with managers and employees to create individual development plans
  • Support performance management processes, coaching frameworks, and leadership development
