Goldfish Swim School Rochester is hiring a Swim Instructor & Lifeguard to teach kids aged 4 months to 12 years and help keep our pools safe. You’ll start with paid training at $15/hour, with the goal of becoming a certified Lifeguard earning $17/hour.
During training you’ll learn instruction skills and safety procedures, and shift into a cross-trained role when certified, balancing learning with real-world practice in a fun, family-friendly environment.
