Are you an adult who already has experience in aquatics, education, childcare, customer service or in a similar field? We want YOU! With full time and part-time shifts schedules available, make a career change or work 1 day a week. We pay for experience and leadership roles are available for the right candidate.

No experience? No problem! We only require a passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality, we’ll teach you the rest.

What will you be doing?

• Teaching 4 swimmers per class by going through a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety, swim and swimplay skills (6 swimmers in our infant, parent-and-me style lessons). Each lesson lasts 30 minutes and is followed by the next lesson consecutively for a 4-hour shift.
• Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class.
• Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested or needed.
• Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.
