About the Role

You will report directly to the Partner and Head of Residential Property, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of efficient, well-managed, and high-quality legal services. You will work alongside a high-performing team to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, from pre-exchange through to completion. This is a hands-on role that allows you to contribute to the continued growth and success of a thriving department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases
  • Advise clients including high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of property transactions
  • Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior members of the team
  • Deliver exceptional client service, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Engage in business development and networking initiatives to support team growth

Candidate Profile:

You will be an experienced solicitor or conveyancer with:

  • 3+ years PQE in residential property
  • Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
  • A track record of managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
