What we care to see from you,

  • As a Store Manager, your main goal is to take full responsibility for running your store successfully. You’ll lead by example, making sure every customer receives Excellent Coffee with a Smile and great service every time.
  • You’ll manage important day‑to‑day tasks like tracking sales, monitoring health and safety, and ensuring store targets are met. You’ll also handle cash procedures and keep the store secure and financially compliant.
  • Creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for your team is key. You’ll help them grow by managing training, encouraging development, and using tools like My Costa Learning. You’ll also make sure rotas are planned ahead and there’s always the right coverage in‑store.
  • With support from your Area Manager, you’ll take the lead in hiring great team members and making sure everyone is trained to drive sales, upsell confidently, and maintain high standards.
  • Finally, you’ll stay up‑to‑date with Costa and Goldex guidelines, keep all store documents in order, and stay in regular communication with your Line Manager and Head Office — especially for payroll, HR, maintenance, and banking.
