We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Golders Hill Park, NW London.

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders and manage till transactions smoothly.
  • Prepare and serve coffees and other beverages with consistency and care, including latte art.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the coffee shop.
  • Clear tables.
  • Serve food.
  • Stock up the bar and maintain stock rotation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a similar environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work during weekends.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Stamina to work full time and flexible during busy shifts.
  • Strong communication and understanding of English with customers.
  • Enjoy working around customers.

Working Hours:

42.5 hours a week. Shift ranging from 8:30 to 18:30. Shifts on a rota basis (The cafeteria is open Monday to Sunday).
