The position reports to the Head of Portfolio Management.

About the Role

We are searching for a candidate to strengthen the reporting set-up to lenders (and as cross check for shareholders) and to become an Asset Management interface for Structured Finance with regard to Accounting, Operations and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Managing Financing-related Portfolio during construction and operating phase of projects
• Creating a holistic monthly portfolio performance coverage for the lender reporting vs. financing base cases at different debt levels (construction: timeline and budget; operations: generation, revenues, costs incl. underlying causes of underperformance, defining measurement and categorisation)
• Supporting the team in defining the Operating KPIs and deliver group reporting of these
• Ensuring coherent and standardised reportings across different countries/technologies, co-ordinating group wide reporting
• Implementing a group wide Operating data management via an Asset Management platform (Click-up or Other, Identifying best system, cost/benefit analysis)
• Being involved in initial and annual budgeting so that financings are aligned to internally agreed budget (and GPC teams are aligned on financing targets)
• Working on budget alignment for closing of financing recyclings (i.e. tracking of capex spend, and construction progress for financing purposes)
• Standing as the interface to Construction and PPA teams to identify and mitigate risks in case of construction delays
• Calculating financial Covenant (applying covenant calculation definition form respective financing) during operations based on actual performance data and audited financial statements
• Being actively involved in financing Waiver and Amendments to enable timely drawdowns
• Setting up of portfolio financing reporting for respective HoldCo financings and Group senior financings

Professional and academic qualifications

• You are an experience Asset Manager (7+ years) with an extensive experience in reporting on the technical and financial performance of the utility scale solar PV (BESS experience is an advantage)
• Your Background: Related Engineering degree coupled with Financial Analysis expertise
