An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to take charge of the main hotel kitchen within one of the UK's most respected luxury country house hotels. This role offers the chance to lead a large brigade delivering exceptional food experiences for hotel guests, private events, and special occasions. You'll play a key role in menu development, team leadership, food quality, and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

We're looking for a chef who combines strong operational skills with a genuine passion for quality ingredients, team development, and creating memorable dining experiences.
