Are you an experienced Events Sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences? A prestigious luxury hotel in Surrey is seeking an enthusiastic Events Sales Manager to join its high-performing team. As the Events Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business across both corporate and wedding markets. You will build strong relationships with clients, manage the sales cycle from enquiry to contract, and work collaboratively with the Events team to ensure flawless delivery. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Events Sales Manager…
- £38,000 to £40,000 per annum (DOE, some negotiation) plus circa £5,000 service charge
- Core working hours of 9am to 5:30pm (flexible as needed)
- Working 1 in 4 weekends

Responsibilities as the Events Sales Manager…
- Leading sales efforts across corporate events and weddings
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieving sales targets and growing revenue across your portfolio
- Working closely with the Events Operations team to ensure seamless event execution
- Reporting directly to the Director of Events and the Assistant Director of Events

- Proven experience in luxury hotel sales with a strong focus on events, corporate accounts, and weddings
- Confidence in managing a varied client portfolio
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, organised approach with a strong eye for detail
