We’re excited to be working with a beautiful country house hotel in Stroud, home to a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant. They are now seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operation and further elevate an already award-winning dining experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, quality-driven team and play a key role in shaping service standards across the restaurant and bar.

  • £38,000 base salary plus service charge and bonus (circa £46,000 OTE)

    • Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
  • Taking full responsibility for the performance of the F&B operation
  • Playing a key role in shaping menus, wine lists, and culinary events
  • Delivering consistently high service standards in an efficient, guest-focused manner
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and all F&B financials with confidence

    • This is an excellent opportunity for an established Food & Beverage Manager to work alongside a dedicated team, while continuing to develop their leadership skills through a tailored development plan.
