This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to take the lead at a thriving, food-led dining destination in Berkshire, known for its outstanding reputation and loyal following. The kitchen focuses on bold, flavour-driven dishes with a strong emphasis on premium steaks and robata grill cooking, showcasing quality produce and confident, modern cooking techniques.

You will be at the heart of the operation, leading a team of 6 chefs and delivering high-quality service for up to 100 covers in a busy, energetic environment. This role would suit a Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge, or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step into their first Head Chef position with the support of an established business behind them.

  • Leading from the front during service, running the pass while remaining hands-on

  • Driving standards, consistency and team culture
  • Ensuring smooth, professional kitchen operations at all times
