An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Manager to lead a luxury spa operation within one of the UK's most recognised country house hotels. You'll be responsible for creating exceptional wellness experiences, ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable visit. Leading a talented team, you'll maintain the high standards, tranquil atmosphere, and personalised service expected within a luxury spa environment.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance guest experience, team development, operational excellence, and commercial performance while driving success across treatments, retail, and membership offerings.
