An exciting maternity cover opportunity has become available for an experienced Spa General Manager to lead the spa and wellness operation within one of London's most prestigious 5-star hotels.

Overseeing a luxury spa and private members club environment, you'll manage a team of 20 alongside three direct-report managers across operations, memberships, and treatments. This is a commercially focused leadership role requiring someone who can confidently balance strategy with day-to-day operations, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences, strong membership performance, and high service standards.

You’ll also oversee several third-party wellness partnerships, including personal trainers and specialist treatment providers.
