This is a food-led site where seasonality is key. The menus celebrate modern British cuisine, with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients and dishes that evolve with the seasons. The kitchen has built a great reputation and continues to attract a loyal following.
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, while still having the chance to bring your own ideas to the table.
