An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at a beautifully restored boutique hotel and dining destination in the heart of the countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef who enjoys working with exceptional seasonal produce and creating dishes that celebrate the very best of British ingredients. Working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, you will play an important role in delivering high standards across the restaurant, private dining, and events operations.

What you’ll be doing…
- Supporting the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients
- Assisting with service across the restaurant, private dining, and events
- Helping to train, mentor, and support junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards
What we’re looking for…
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a quality-led kitchen
- A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce
- A calm and organised approach during busy service periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to continue developing as a chef
