We're partnering with an award-winning fine dining restaurant that has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional cuisine and unforgettable guest experiences.

Offering beautifully crafted à la carte dishes alongside an outstanding tasting menu, the restaurant welcomes guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week.

Working alongside a talented team of chefs from diverse culinary backgrounds, you'll support the Head Chef in leading a large brigade while overseeing service across the main restaurant and an impressive collection of private dining rooms, hosting everything from exclusive celebrations to corporate events.

What you'll be doing...

  • Working closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operation of a fast-paced Michelin-starred kitchen
  • Leading, inspiring and mentoring a large brigade, ensuring consistently high standards across every service
  • Supporting the creation and development of innovative seasonal dishes for both the à la carte and tasting menus
  • Maintaining exceptional quality, consistency and presentation across breakfast, lunch, dinner and private dining services
  • Playing a key role in training, coaching and developing junior chefs, helping to build a positive and high-performing kitchen culture

What we're looking for...

  • Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef, or an accomplished Sous Chef ready to step into a more senior leadership position within a high-end restaurant
  • Experience working within Michelin-starred or similarly recognised fine dining kitchens would be highly advantageous
  • A genuine passion for exceptional food, seasonal produce and attention to detail
