We’re working with a popular, privately owned Modern British restaurant in Essex that has built a brilliant reputation for refined dishes, warm hospitality and consistently busy services. With around 700 covers per week and a team of 6 chefs, this is a fast-paced kitchen where teamwork and standards are everything. They’re now searching for a strong Senior Chef De Partie to join the brigade and play a key role in delivering 2 Rosette-level food day in, day out.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Senior Chef De Partie:

  • £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

  • 52-hour contract over 4.5 days

  • Ensuring consistency in presentation and quality across up to 700 covers per week
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and organisation at all times
