We are delighted to continue working with a newly refurbished boutique hotel based in an idyllic village near Cirencester. They are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is a natural-born leader to guide their talented restaurant team to success.

• £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
• Accommodation available
• Working 48 hours per week
• Leading a team of like-minded individuals

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Managing the performance of the restaurant team and providing training
• Showcasing strong leadership and organisational skills
• Upholding the hotel\’s high standards by promptly attending to diner\’s needs
• Ensuring the team consistently deliver a 5-star service
