• £45,000 to £48,000 per annum (DOE) plus a 20% bonus and circa £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service, from guest interaction to table presentation, upholding the hotel\’s prestigious reputation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen brigade to maintain seamless communication and deliver a flawless, memorable dining experience.
