Reception Supervisor- Luxury Private Members Club – Mayfair Our client one of the London’s finest private members clubs is looking to add a valuable new member to their front office team. They are looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor, someone from a luxury hotel and or Private Members club environment. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Reception Supervisor Salary £32,100 37.5 hour contract Shifts: 7.00am- 14.30pm & 14.30pm- 22.30pm 28 days holiday per year (30 days after 3 years of service) Pension scheme Superb Staff Facilities Employee contribution: 4% Employer contribution: 5% Meal allowance of £4 per shift worked Long service award Eye Care contribution Health assured Team events Annual season ticket loan Reporting to the Front of House Manager & Director of Rooms, this Reception Supervisor role is a guest/members-focused role where you will be able to give a very personalised and engaging service. This property is very much a home-from-home for its members and with this we are looking for a Reception Supervisor who enjoys giving a high level of service, anticipating guest needs and making memorable memories. As a Reception Supervisor you will be involved in the management and training, mentoring and guiding a great team of receptionists, concierge, porters and night staff who have a genuine passion for looking after their guests. This Reception Supervisor role will suit a confident, outgoing individual who has a strong background of working in luxury hotel and or private members club environments.
