We are delighted to be working with one of London's most distinguished luxury hotels to find an exceptional Reception Manager to lead its talented Front Office team. Set in the heart of London is a beautiful 5-star boutique hotel renowned for its personal approach to hospitality, elegant surroundings and exceptional guest experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic and confident Reception Manager who genuinely loves being on the floor, engaging with guests and bringing the very best out of their team.
The Role
As Reception Manager, you will oversee a team of 13 and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of Reception, ensuring every guest receives the warm, polished and highly personalised service expected within a luxury hotel. This is very much a people-focused role. We are looking for someone with a big personality who can build an instant rapport with guests, create memorable experiences and confidently lead from the front.
