The kitchen is centred around bold, modern dishes with a strong focus on premium steaks and robata grill cooking, using high-quality ingredients and confident cooking techniques. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food while helping to lead and develop a passionate brigade in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
What's in it for you as the Sous Chef?
- £40,000 to £45,000 package (DOE) plus variable service charge of circa £3,000 to £4,000 per year and bonus of circa £2,000
