One of Londons largest luxury 5-star hotels is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to bring skill, creativity, and precision to their kitchen. In this role, youll craft exceptional pastries served across the hotel, from elegant afternoon teas to fine dining and high-profile events. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, youll ensure flawless execution, impeccable presentation, and the highest food safety standards, maintaining the hotels reputation for excellence.
