• Creating a variety of picture-perfect pastries to be served throughout the hotel

• Communicating with the team to ensure consistently high-quality pastries
• Continuously striving for improvement in your pastry skillset

As a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie, you will be based in the hotel\’s stunning state-of-the-art kitchen. Responsible for creating a variety of picture-perfect pastries from afternoon tea treats to savoury showstoppers, this is an exciting opportunity to master several skills and techniques and work alongside a team of industry-leading pastry professionals.
