Working alongside an experienced pastry brigade, you’ll be involved in preparing high-quality desserts and bakery items using premium seasonal ingredients while maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency throughout service. This role is ideal for a chef who is passionate about pastry and eager to continue developing within a large, professional kitchen where progression and creativity are genuinely encouraged.

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef De Partie
  • A genuine passion for pastry, desserts, and baking

  • Ability to remain organised within a busy service environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
