Our client is an award-winning gastropub with rooms situated in a beautiful Cotswolds village, recognised for its refined cuisine, warm hospitality, and strong focus on seasonal, organic produce. As part of a respected and growing hospitality group, they are now seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to take ownership of the bar operation and enhance the drinks offering, complementing an exceptional food experience.
Due to the rural location, you must be able to drive and have your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager:
- Leading the bar operation day to day, ensuring exceptional service and presentation
- Creating and developing seasonal, ingredient-led cocktails and drinks menus
- Managing stock, ordering, margins and GP in line with commercial targets
- Training, mentoring and motivating the bar team to deliver consistent standards
- Working closely with senior management and the wider food and beverage team
