We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a luxury retirement home in Wiltshire. Reporting to the General Manager, youll ensure the smooth running of food & beverage, events, and services while delivering outstanding customer service. A key focus will be developing the front-of-house team, creating a high-standard dining experience, and leading from the front to support the establishments success.
You will preferably have a background in hotel F&B operations.

Responsibilities as the Operations Manager
- Keeping the F&B and Service teams running smoothly, ensuring top-tier service.
- Helping recruit, train, and develop a standout team.
- Making sure Concierge and Reception rotas are spot on, so everything runs like clockwork.
- Working with the Restaurant team and Head Chef to plan events that impress residents.
- Supporting the General Manager with budgets, reports, and stepping in as Duty Manager when needed.
