We are delighted to be assisting a vibrant, bustling fresh-food restaurant nestled in the beautiful Cheltenham countryside. They are looking to add a talented Sous Chef to their team of five, someone with experience catering to large volumes, creating fresh and flavoursome dishes for up to 300 guests.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef:

  • £38,000 per annum
  • Working 45 hours per week, great work-life balance
  • Various shift patterns: Off-peak shift 8am to 4pm or evening shift 12pm to 8pm, including 1 to 2 evening shifts and peak season 2 days and 3 evenings
  • 5th January to February half term off
  • Working alongside a team of 5 talented chefs
  • Cooking with the very best ingredients available
  • Free meals on duty

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef:

  • Crafting a wide array of fresh dishes for up to 300 covers over a weekend
  • Working closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running kitchen operation
  • Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
  • Showcasing outstanding communication skills and working well alongside others
