You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, support the brigade and help drive the kitchen forward. Due to the restaurant's location, you must be able to drive.
You will receive:

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef include:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
