Are you a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We’re recruiting for an exciting maternity cover opportunity within a growing visitor attraction and hospitality business with multiple revenue streams, including events, accommodation, food & beverage, retail, and ticketed experiences.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver marketing activity across the business, driving engagement, revenue, and brand awareness through a mixture of digital, content, campaign, and sales-focused marketing. This is a varied, hands-on role managing a small marketing function, including an in-house content creator and external agencies. You’ll oversee campaigns, analyse performance, and help identify new opportunities for growth across the business.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised, and confident balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery. This role is fully office-based, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
