We're partnering with a stunning country house hotel nestled in the Cotswolds seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading their talented kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with hotel experience to step into a senior role within a refined fast‐paced environment that blends banqueting excellence with elevated restaurant dining.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen

- Upholding food safety hygiene and compliance across all sections
Requirements:
- Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel environment
- Is confident working across multiple outlets including restaurant, banqueting and events
- Brings creativity, organisation and a calm hands‐on approach
