Do you thrive in a calm, professional environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's most exclusive residential developments as a Night Concierge.
Working as part of a dedicated front-of-house team, you'll help ensure residents receive a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the night, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
You will need a driving licence for this role.
You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Night Concierge...
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8pm to 8am)
- One-hour break each shift

Responsibilities as the Night Concierge...
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors throughout the night
- Answering calls and assisting with resident enquiries
- Receiving late deliveries and coordinating key requests
- Monitoring the reception area and maintaining a secure, organised environment
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service at every interaction
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a naturally friendly personality.
Experience within luxury hotels, restaurants, airlines or other customer-focused environments would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right individual.
