This is a hands-on, standalone role where youll oversee everything from day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance to Health & Safety, contractors and refurbishment projects.
It could be a brilliant move for an experienced Maintenance Manager looking to step away from a larger, fast-paced operation and into a more intimate and established environment where you can really take ownership of the property.
Due to the exclusive nature of the Club and its membership, discretion and confidentiality are incredibly important, and the successful candidate will be required to undergo appropriate vetting.

- £45,000 per annum plus tronc
- Company pension contribution of 5% to 10%, depending on experience
