They are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their highly skilled kitchen brigade. Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef:
- Supporting the Sous Chefs and senior kitchen team with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Working across both the Michelin-starred restaurant and wider hotel kitchen operation
- Helping to lead the brigade during preparation and service, ensuring consistently high standards
- Supporting, training and encouraging junior chefs within the team
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef who has experience working within a high-quality kitchen and is ready to continue developing within a luxury environment. You’ll be organised, enthusiastic and confident during a busy service, with a genuine passion for great food and a desire to learn from some of the best in the industry. Experience within a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred environment would be highly advantageous, but most importantly, you’ll bring the right attitude, strong kitchen fundamentals and the ambition to progress your career.
