Holding 3 Michelin Stars, this acclaimed restaurant has built an international reputation for delivering refined, ingredient-led cuisine alongside warm, personalised service. With a strong focus on outstanding produce, attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within one of the UK’s finest dining destinations.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Waiter:
- £40,000 per annum package
- Paid overtime – hourly pay

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter:
- Delivering polished, attentive and personalised service throughout every guest’s dining experience
- Building genuine rapport with guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

- Confidently presenting dishes and beverages with excellent product knowledge
