Are you a commercially driven sales and marketing leader with an impressive network and a strong background in luxury hospitality? We’re working with one of London’s most distinguished 5-star hotels, renowned for its exceptional service and longstanding reputation within the luxury market. They are looking for an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing to lead their commercial strategy, with a particular focus on growing business across the American and European markets.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading a team of four, you’ll bring strong industry connections, commercial expertise and plenty of energy to drive new opportunities and future growth.

- Circa £100,000 per annum (negotiable) plus circa £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Director of Sales & Marketing:
- Developing and delivering the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue and strengthen its market position
- Leading, motivating and developing a talented team of four
- Growing business across key international markets, with a particular focus on the US and Europe
- Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships and commercial initiatives to support the hotel’s continued growth
We’re looking for an established Director of Sales & Marketing with significant experience within the luxury hotel sector and an excellent network of industry contacts. You’ll be commercially astute, highly connected and naturally confident building relationships at the highest level. Just as importantly, you’ll bring plenty of energy, presence and personality, with the ability to inspire your team and act as an outstanding ambassador for the hotel.
