Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable first impressions?

We're partnering with an exclusive residential destination in Central London, renowned for its outstanding service and beautifully designed surroundings.

They are now looking for a Day Concierge to join their welcoming front-of-house team, providing a warm, professional and seamless experience for residents and their guests.

You will need a driving licence for this role.

You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Day Concierge...

  • 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8am to 8pm)
  • One-hour break each shift
  • Christmas bonus

Responsibilities as the Day Concierge...

  • Welcoming residents and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
  • Answering calls and responding to enquiries efficiently
  • Receiving and managing deliveries for residents
  • Assisting with key management and general front desk duties
  • Ensuring the reception area is presented to the highest standard at all times

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

Experience within hotels, restaurants, airlines or other luxury customer-facing environments would be highly desirable, although personality, professionalism and a positive attitude are equally important.
