As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining a smooth and organised service. This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef De Partie ready to step up in a well-run, food-led pub environment. Due to the location of the property, you will need to be able to drive.

- Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation, and consistency
