We're delighted to be partnering with an outstanding 5-star country estate in Northumberland in search of an experienced and inspiring Head of Food & Beverage to lead its front of house operations. This prestigious estate has undergone significant investment in recent years and continues to evolve into one of the UK's leading luxury hospitality destinations. With beautifully appointed dining venues, elegant event spaces, a luxury spa and championship golf course, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the guest experience across the estate.

You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Head of Food & Beverage:

Responsibilities as the Head of Food & Beverage:

  • Leading the day-to-day operation across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved
  • Inspiring, coaching and developing department managers and their teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team to drive commercial performance while maintaining luxury service standards
  • Monitoring financial performance, analysing departmental results and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
  • Managing recruitment, training and succession planning across the food and beverage division

About you:

You'll have a proven background in luxury hotels or resorts, with previous experience leading multiple food and beverage outlets within a high-end hospitality environment. An approachable and motivating leader, you'll be commercially aware with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
