Are you a Head Chef looking for something a little different? We’re working with a beautifully restored countryside venue set within acres of picturesque grounds, offering a truly unique dining and events experience. With a focus on seasonal British produce, creativity, and tailored menus, this is a role where you can really make your mark. This is not your typical restaurant kitchen. Think elegant events, chef’s table experiences, and bespoke menus designed around each occasion, all delivered in a setting that blends relaxed luxury with exceptional attention to detail.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef:

  • £45,000 per annum
  • Working 45 hours per week
  • A genuine mix of daytime and evening shifts
  • Creative freedom to shape seasonal, bespoke menus
  • Work within a close-knit team of 4 chefs

Responsibilities as the Head Chef:

  • Leading a small, passionate brigade delivering high-quality food for a variety of events and experiences
  • Designing and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus
  • Leading service for up to 150 covers
  • Bringing creativity to both plated dining and more relaxed, sharing-style concepts
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing your team

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Experience in high-quality, fresh food kitchens
  • A creative, ideas-driven approach to menu development
  • Someone who thrives in a bespoke, events-led environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, organised approach

This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who wants to step away from the norm and be part of something more creative, personal, and experience-led. Every service is different, every menu tells a story, and you’ll play a key role in shaping that.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
