Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a beautifully appointed country inn with rooms, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. Combining timeless rural charm with exceptional food and warm hospitality, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with an outstanding reputation.

The kitchen celebrates the very best of modern British cuisine, with menus shaped by the seasons and inspired by an exceptional network of local farmers, growers and artisan producers. Quality ingredients, thoughtful cooking and genuine hospitality are at the heart of everything they do.

Leading a brigade of 6 to 7 chefs, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest culinary standards, inspiring and developing your team, and ensuring every service reflects the quality and care the venue is known for. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef who enjoys working with outstanding produce in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

The Ideal Head Chef Will Have:
