We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing artisan bakery renowned for creating handcrafted brownies, cakes and traybakes using carefully sourced ingredients and a genuine passion for flavour. Every product is made with quality at its heart, and the business has built a loyal following through its commitment to exceptional baking and outstanding customer experience.

£40,000 per annum

Daytime hours with early starts between 6:00am and 8:00am, finishing between 2:00pm and 5:00pm

Responsibilities as the Bakery Manager:
  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of six
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the bakery
  • Driving product development while maintaining the high quality the bakery is known for
  • Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing bakery team
  • Supporting the commercial growth of the business through effective planning and decision-making
We’re looking for a Bakery Manager who:
  • Has previous experience managing a bakery or production team
  • Has strong commercial awareness and understands how to support business growth
  • Builds lasting client relationships through excellent communication
  • Has experience recruiting, mentoring and developing successful teams
