We are delighted to be assisting a prestigious 5 star private members' club in central London. Known for its refined atmosphere and exceptional service, the club is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead a dynamic team. You'll oversee Reception, Reservations, Porters, and the Night Team, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for members while fostering strong relationships and maintaining high standards of service.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Front of House Manager:

  • £50,000 per annum
  • Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends
  • 28 days holiday per year (30 days after 3 years of service)

Responsibilities as the Front of House Manager:

  • Being the face of the club, delivering a warm welcome and seamless service to every member and guest while ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
  • Leading and inspiring the Front of House team, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent, top-tier performance.
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing bookings, billing, and room revenue while addressing member concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with members, responding to their needs and ensuring effective communication across all departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security standards, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment at all times.
