Holding a Green Michelin Star, the kitchen focuses on beautifully simple dishes that allow exceptional produce to shine, with ingredients sourced directly from the estate's organic farm, gardens, and local producers.
As Chef De Partie, you’ll work within a professional and highly skilled brigade preparing refined dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients in a calm yet ambitious kitchen environment.
