We are thrilled to be collaborating with a spectacular luxury hotel which is part of a prestigious group of hotels and event venues. Located near Cardiff, they are eager to find an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager to take their F&B offering to the next level.
You will receive:
- £40,404 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the F&B Manager include:
- Working closely with the Food & Beverage Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a variety of F&B outlets throughout the hotel.
- Implementing innovative strategies to increase the quality to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the F&B outlets.
- Encouraging seamless guest service, using 5-star communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards.
- Building positive working relationships with all other departments.
