An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Executive Head Housekeeper to join one of the UK’s most distinguished luxury hotel destinations, recognised for its world-class service, elegant surroundings, and impeccable attention to detail. This large 5-star property features a variety of beautifully designed bedrooms and suites, welcoming high-profile and VVIP guests from across the globe. As Executive Head Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in leading the housekeeping operation, maintaining exceptional standards, and driving guest satisfaction throughout the property.

  • Leading and inspiring a large housekeeping team within a large 5-star hotel environment
  • Managing housekeeping operations across the property while maintaining exceptional presentation standards
  • Delivering a seamless and personalised experience for VVIP and high-profile guests
  • Building a positive team culture while developing and mentoring team members
  • Working closely with senior leadership and ownership representatives to drive operational excellence

What we’re looking for…

  • Previous experience as an Executive Head Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper within a luxury 5-star hotel
  • Experience working within large-scale properties with exposure to VVIP guests
  • A strong people leader with a genuine passion for team development and positive culture building
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior leadership and ownership representatives
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to leadership
