We are proud to be partnering with an impressive luxury country house hotel in the Cotswolds as they search for a talented and commercially minded Executive Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. Following an extensive multi-million-pound refurbishment, this beautiful property is entering an exciting new chapter, with ambitious plans to further develop its food and beverage offering and establish itself as a leading dining destination. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and forward-thinking chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food at 3 AA Rosette level.

You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table, shape the culinary direction of the hotel and add real value to the wider F&B operation.

Responsibilities as the Executive Head Chef:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a brigade of approximately 10 chefs, creating a positive kitchen culture centred around quality, creativity and progression
  • Driving exceptional culinary standards across the hotel, with a clear focus on delivering food consistently at 3 AA Rosette level
  • Developing creative and exciting menus that showcase outstanding seasonal produce whilst complementing the style and identity of the property
  • Bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the wider food and beverage offering, continually identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and add commercial value
  • Overseeing the commercial performance of the kitchen, balancing exceptional quality and creativity with effective cost control and a strong understanding of profitability

You’ll have previous experience as an Executive Head Chef or accomplished Head Chef within a high-quality country house hotel or luxury hospitality environment, ideally with a strong background in 3 AA Rosette kitchens. This is a wonderful opportunity to make your mark on an ambitious luxury country house hotel at an incredibly exciting stage of its journey, working closely with senior leadership and playing an integral role in shaping its future food and beverage offering.
